These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the PluginPro Business Intermediary Service (the “Service”), which facilitates short, paid, permission-based conversations between professionals (“Professionals” or “Decision Makers”) and vendors or service providers (“Vendors”).
By participating in or using this Service, either as a Vendor or a Professional, you agree to abide by the Terms detailed below.
1. Service Overview
PluginPro provides a structured platform that enables:
- Vendors to pay for short, declared meetings with qualified professionals
- Professionals to be compensated fairly for their time, expertise, and insights
The Service includes:
- Identifying and contacting relevant Professionals based on the Vendor’s target criteria
- Presenting a clear meeting request including the Vendor's identity, intent, time limit, and payment offer
- Securing consent from Professionals before sharing any Vendor information
- Handling all scheduling, communications, and secure payment processing
PluginPro acts solely as a facilitator and neutral intermediary in this arrangement.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding legal agreements.
- Professionals must operate in a business capacity (e.g., founder, executive, consultant, etc.).
- Vendors must be legally authorised to represent their organisation and fund paid meetings.
PluginPro reserves the right to verify the identity and role of any participant and to decline service at its discretion.
3. Meeting Structure & Scope
Each facilitated meeting is:
- Strictly time-limited (typically 15–20 minutes)
- Clearly scoped (the purpose of the meeting is declared in writing in advance)
- Confidentiality-neutral (non-disclosure applies only if specifically requested and agreed in writing)
Professionals are under no obligation to:
- Continue the conversation beyond the scheduled call
- Purchase, recommend, or follow up with the Vendor
- Share proprietary or confidential information
4. Booking & Consent Process
- Vendor submits a meeting request including:
- Target professional profile
- Declared meeting purpose (e.g., sales pitch, product demo, research call)
- Payment offer and preferred time frame
- PluginPro identifies suitable Professionals and reaches out to secure interest.
- If a Professional accepts:
- PluginPro provides a booking link or scheduling options
- PluginPro confirms and facilitates the video call
- Payment is securely held until meeting completion
If the request is declined, no data is shared and no further action is taken.
5. Professional Compensation
- Professionals are compensated for completed meetings with a flat fee, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is made via bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or another approved method.
- Payouts are initiated within 7 business day following successful meeting confirmation.
- Professionals may participate in up to 2 paid conversations per calendar month, unless explicitly authorised by PluginPro.
- Professionals must provide accurate banking or payment details in a secure format to receive compensation.
6. Vendor Responsibilities & Costs
- Vendors agree to pay the advertised rate per accepted meeting.
- Full payment is collected in advance and held by PluginPro until the meeting is completed.
- PluginPro may deduct a facilitation fee, which is clearly disclosed in advance.
- Vendors agree to:
- Be punctual and professional during calls
- Respect the declared time and scope
- Not pursue the Professional beyond the agreed format unless invited to do so
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
For Professionals:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
- Failure to attend without valid notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
For Vendors:
- If a meeting is not accepted or not completed, PluginPro will refund or credit the unused portion.
